Over the past 12 months, Forefront RF has made significant business and technical progress. We have relocated to new offices with purpose-built R&D facilities, invested in high-precision testing equipment, and doubled our headcount. Together, these developments are strengthening our ability to bring FFM51010 (our low-band tunable duplexer) closer to design-in projects for cellular-enabled smartwatches.
As our technology matures, the way we communicate with device manufacturers and the wider RF ecosystem has become more system focussed, the need for clearer, more accessible technical information has become increasingly important.
To support this, we have launched a new website designed to better reflect the depth of our innovation and the challenges device manufacturers face when bringing new products to market. The new website has also been structured to be machine-readable and answer-focused, allowing LLMs to better extract precise insights about Forefront’s technology. Unveiled at MWC 2026, the site delivers richer technical content on our proprietary Foretune™ technology and self-interference cancellation, along with detailed video insights into the evolving wireless landscape and greater visibility into the development of FFM51010. It also provides accessible resources for customers, partners, investors, and engineers exploring new approaches to RF front-end design, while marking an important step in Forefront RF’s transition from start-up to scale-up.
Our tunable duplexer technology has reached a pivotal stage in its evolution. Since our inception in 2020, we have progressed from demonstrating the theoretical principles of self-interference cancellation to supporting customer design-in activity.
With multiple tape-outs completed and evaluated, we have built a detailed repository of real-world data through prototype platforms and customer engagement. This is enabling us to refine the performance of FFM51010, optimise system integration, and demonstrate the practical advantages of tunable RF front-end architectures, while simultaneously supporting more application-driven, system-level discussions with device manufacturers.
